SIA Door Supervisors Training
Our trainer has a wealth of personal experience across the security sector
ranging from being part of a team ensuring that club and pub customers
enjoy themselves in a safe environment, to managing security teams at
major sporting events such as World Super Bikes and Royal Ascot.
Alcohol and drug related crime is on the increase and every weekend pubs
and clubs are the scenes of more violent incidents.
Door supervisors need to be able to recognise and deal effectively with
conflict situations.
We provide nationally accredited courses at our Andover training centre
or, if your premises meet the required standards, we can offer on-site
training.
Training is delivered in two parts:
- Part One: Role and responsibilities of a door supervisor.
- Part Two: Communication skills and conflict management.
Both parts are followed by an examination.
We can arrange a four day course to cover both parts or spread them over
two weekends, for example, to suit your working hours.
